Recently, YES TECH Europe after-sales service center was officially launched, which will provide stable and timely one-stop turnkey service for European customers and improve the global service system.
Located in Poland, the new after-service center has convenient transportation and situated in the same area as our Poland warehouse, thus realizing the combination of warehouse plus after-service center which enables better and faster service to the customers across Europe. The engineers have rich experience and expertise in the LED industry and can provide better after-sales service.
More importantly, the after-sales service center is equipped with a ranges of professional equipments, such as microscope, automatic screwing machines and gluing machine, to continuously optimize the inspection and maintenance process and improve the quality of service.
In May 2023, the first overseas after-sales service center was launched in Los Angeles, which provides a series of professional services, including after-sales maintenance, on-site technical support, products’ training and guidance, equipment operation training. YES TECH will build a comprehensive after-sales system by combining global inspections with specified after-sales service.
In September 2023, the first overseas exhibition hall also officially opened in Glasgow, England, focusing on the presentation of high-definition conference displays, rental stage, retail display, outdoor advertising, and other applications. It serves as a new place to learn about our LED displays.
In the future, YES TECH will continue to develop a global marketing network, bonding with the six overseas warehouses and exhibition halls, to achieve fast delivery, localized overseas business system, to create a world-class brand with international competitiveness.
