Closing Ceremony of Asian Games Hangzhou

On October 8th, a spectacular ceremony was held at the "Big Lotus" venue in Hangzhou to mark the successful conclusion of the 19th Asian Games. During the closing ceremony, four short films were shown, among which the "Wonderful Moments" showed the spirit of athletes from 45 countries and regions. The countless touching moments of the Asian Games composed a magnificent final chapter for the closing ceremony.

The closing ceremony kept the theme of "Chinese romance", impressing people with a stunning visual world just like the opening ceremony. The lawn for race, which hides nearly 40,000 light-emitting dots, thus turned into a digital one, the "world's largest and most beautiful gardens". Together with "digital torchbearers", the world witnessed the extinguishing of the Asian Games flame.

The Chinese team won a total of 201 gold, 111 silver, and 71 bronze medals, totally 383 medals. Their efforts and dedications will become an eternal memory of the Asian Games and will inspire more young generations to pursue their sports dreams and contribute to Asian sports.
