YES TECH has officially announced the launch of the MT II Transparent Screen, the latest generation of its highly successful MT Series. Designed for rental, staging, and live events, the MT II addresses key challenges in structural stability and installation efficiency while maintaining the lightweight, easy-to-use design of the original series.

20 m Hanging Height

Built on an H3.9–V7.8 pixel pitch platform, the MT II delivers 50% transparency and comes in two standard cabinet sizes: 1000×500×83mm and a compact half-size option. Unlike the original MT Series, which used solid side frames, the MT II features an advanced magnesium-alloy dual frame. This design maximizes edge-to-edge transparency and integrates reinforcing ribs to increase load-bearing capacity, allowing ultra-lightweight cabinets to support standard hanging installations up to 20 meters.

Compared with the original MT system (10 m), the hanging height capability is doubled, significantly exceeding typical industry standards. In testing, the system has even demonstrated stability at heights of up to 24 meters under controlled conditions.

One-Button Switch for Transparent / Solid Mode

On the ground, the MT II is designed for faster and simpler setup. The panels feature a one-button shutter plate that allows technicians to switch instantly between transparent and solid modes, eliminating the previous plate-by-plate installation process. Supporting both stacking and hanging configurations, the MT II offers greater flexibility to adapt to a wide range of event applications.

Flexible Creativity

Panels can be configured in flat layouts, 90-degree corners, or 15-degree concave and convex curves without additional hardware, using a single integrated lock, allowing a single technician to handle installation efficiently. The system keeps the signature large, ergonomic handles and quick-lock mechanism from the original series but adds greater flexibility.

High transparency does not come at the expense of image quality. The MT II combines premium light boards with an optimized IC layout to deliver consistent color and a 7680Hz refresh rate, ensuring stellar performance in rental stage applications.
