YES TECH Scoreboard Powers the 2026 Tournoi de France Handball Matches

On January 9 and 11, 2026, the Tournoi de France was held at Paris La Défense Arena, marking the venue’s first time hosting a major handball event. As Europe’s largest modular indoor arena, Paris La Défense Arena welcomed more than 18,000 spectators for this elite international friendly tournament, which serves as a key preparation event for the upcoming 2026 European Men’s Handball Championship (EHF Euro 2026) in Norway.

For this landmark occasion, YES TECH delivered a high-performance center-hung scoreboard solution, prominently suspended above the court to provide real-time information and broadcast-quality visuals for fans. The venue was already familiar with YES TECH displays following the successful deployment of our LED screens for the Nanterre basketball shows in 2025.

This project was delivered in close collaboration with our long-term partner JBL Sonorisation. With over 20 years of experience, JBL Sonorisation specializes in lighting, sound, video, and structural solutions, providing high-quality technical services for concerts, festivals, conferences, and major sporting events. For this scoreboard, JBL selected the YES TECH MU and MG series.

The central scoreboard featured a four-sided cube constructed with YES TECH MU P3.9 panels, combined with a circular LED ring below made from YES TECH MG P3.9. This configuration delivered both functional clarity and striking visual impact, enhancing the live match atmosphere while meeting the demands of professional broadcasting. In addition, layered LED displays were creatively integrated into the player entrance area, providing a dynamic and engaging welcome as teams entered the arena.

Although originally designed for the AV rental market, the YES TECH MU P3.9 and MG have proven to be exceptionally well suited for arena applications. With a brightness level of 4,000–4,200 nits and a contrast ratio of 12,000:1, it ensures excellent visibility for live audiences and broadcast cameras alike. The screen offers straightforward installation and operation, featuring quick locks and ergonomic handles that enable fast and secure assembly, while maintaining long-term reliability for continuous 24/7 live broadcasting. The YES TECH MG P3.9 proves highly versatile in this project. Its lightweight design and curved form make it ideal for creative arena installations, far beyond traditional stage setups.
